Emmanuel Austine, a well-known Yoruba Nollywood actor, has revealed why he has decided never to get married again.
In an honest interview on Debbie Show TV’s YouTube channel, Austine revealed shocking information about his previous marriage and the acts of his estranged wife and her mother, which he claims have left him severely damaged.
During the interview, Austine noted that his marital problems were worsened by the involvement of his mother-in-law. He claimed that his wife and her mother worked together to use a Bible to lie against him, an experience that has made him lose trust in marriage.
“I don’t want to talk about marriage. I’m never going to get married again after what my wife and her mother did to me. I’m not even considering trying it again. I have made up my mind, and there is no going back,” he said.
Austine explained that the betrayal he faced during his marriage has changed his perspective on relationships. He noted that he now feels more comfortable being alone, as he believes he can handle life’s challenges without relying on anyone else. “Sometimes I feel like I need to be alone because I faced all my challenges without anybody to assist me,” he added.
The actor also mentioned that the experience has made him less tolerant of offenses from women. He stated, “As a result, if any woman offends me now, I won’t see it as a big deal.” This statement reflects his hardened stance on relationships, which he attributes to the pain he endured during his marriage
